Unified Screw Caps

The Unified Screw Cap provides an improved alternative to the method of drilling blind spring pockets in all types of dies, fixtures, and special tooling. Drilling and tapping the holes through the die set or fixture plate enables screw caps to be inserted to back springs. With this advanced design concept, the springs can be removed first to provide a less cumbersome method of assembling and disassembling dies and fixtures during maintenance.

Manufactured of 1018 steel, case-hardened with a black oxide finish and a hexagon opening. Available in a wide range of sizes from 7/16" to 1 3/4" diameter.
