Pictured above is a mold compponent which was rough machined with one setup before heat treat then hard-machined after heat treat, also with only one setup using our Mazak Integrex 200Y machining center. Unified Tool is able to to machine this very complex part holding +/-.0005 tolerance with only two setups using one machine while most CNC Shops would need at least 8 setups and multiple machines to machine this same part.
